The goal of this blog is to showcase the limitless styling options with lingerie and to inspire readers to build their own intimate apparel wardrobe. This blog also aims to redefine the lingerie industry in a positive light; demystifying the stigma created by the less classy side of the industry and revealing its very glamorous potential.

This blog is written and maintained by Gail & Alison Rubke, the mother-daughter owners of Faire Frou Frou (the award-winning luxury lingerie boutique).

About Alison Rubke:
Alison (the daughter) is the main bloggess behind this site. She is a former CPA who worked nearly five years as a high-profile tax analyst before pursuing her dream to open her own boutique. That dream materialized into Faire Frou Frou, which she and her mother opened in 2005.

About Gail Rubke:
Gail (the mother) is the force behind the concept of Faire Frou Frou and its overall look/design (she even created the logo/crown by hand...and if you look closely, you will see Alison & Gail's initials in it!). She is a former art instructor who is professionally trained in oil painting and watercolor having attended the Art Center College of Design and the Chouinard Art Institute.

Between Alison and Gail, this ideal blend of business and artistry makes the perfect recipe for success.
